Half of our time at the MDRS has passed now and I'd like to say, every mission is only as good as it's mission support. We had a lot of problems here and tried hard to solve them. I'd like to thank Gary, who still had an idea at hand, what to do, to get things work. We replaced the micron filters, cleaned the quartz squeeze of the UV-sterilizator, replaced the TST-pump and got the living machine working again. Tank 5 still does not fill to maximum, but we guess, it's because of our low water usage (it's risen up to 27 ga, but still not enough). Maybe we should ALL could take an extra shower tomorrow? We think, it's a real good idea to set a minimum use per day for each crew. The temperatures have risen and it seems we've left the coldest period of our stay behind.
