Health and Safety Report- Sol3 (09/03/2016)
All Crews are healthy and the Hab is always full of laughter, although we are in insufficient water environment. We now manage to save water except using for hydrating ourselves and hygiene management, but water supply will make us happier. We are carrying out two Japanese health care strategies. One is 6 min morning exercise called “radio-taisou” in Japan, which involves stretching and mild cardio activity. Another is having a cup of miso (fermented-soybean paste) soup in every dinner. Both strategies have evidences that these are effective for relieving stress, and for prevention against many kinds of diseases. I hope all crews keep their health due to these routines.
