Log Book for April 17, 2004
Weather Report
Gus Frederick Reporting

Note: On April 16th, Gregorio Drayer and I spent the day installing the Onset Weathger Station, provided by Gary Fisher of the Green Hab project. This device consists of a datalogger with 10 specialized sensors designed to record various environmental variables. Many of the sensors were deployed inside the GreenHab with the others attached to the provided mast. I initiated logging, at an interval of 10 minutes. This will allow up to 154 days of recording at this rate. The table below lists the sensors and their location:

Description Units Measured Location
PAR Sensor Photosynthetic Radiation Top of Mast
PAR Sensor Photosynthetic Radiation Middle of GreenHab
Wind Speed Sensor KPH Top of Mast
Barometric Sensor Kpascals Datalogger Housing
RH/Temp Sensor Percent and Degrees C Inside Radiation Shield on Mast
RH/Temp Sensor Percent and Degrees C Middle of South End
Temp Sensor Degrees C North Door 1m from Floor
Temp Sensor Degrees C North Door Top above fan
Temp Sensor Degrees C South End above Fan
Temp Sensor Degrees C South End Floor
