GreenHab (Aft) Yes
** I added this fire extinguisher to the list

Carbon Monoxide Detectors respond to Manual Testing
Engineering Area, Lower Deck Yes
Ceiling, Loft Area Yes
Note: No smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors in the GreenHab
Fire Escape Ladder
Lower Deck Emergency Exit clear & unimpeded Yes
Upper Deck Emergency Exit clear and unimpeded No
** In the event of evacuation through the upper deck window via portable stairs, laptops will have to be cleared from the communications station which is not difficult. Also the trailer with the fresh water tank is below the window. Apparently these portable stairs stop 6 ft above the ground, so having the trailer there may be beneficial as it reduces the drop.
Ladder mounted, unimpeded and deployable (visual inspection only) Yes
** Emergency ladder for upper deck is clearly visible and accessible if lower deck exits are not useable due to fire blockage
Personal Protection Equipment (PPEs)
Oven Mitts hanging in Kitchen, in good repair No
** Used in lab with autoclave, in kitchen we have kitchen towels for handling hot items and rubber gloves for dishes. This has worked well for our mission There is an abundance of clean kitchen towels.
Disposable Gloves in Science Area, in sufficient quantity Yes
Protective Eye Gear in Science Area, 2 pairs Yes
Disposable Dust Masks in Science Area, in sufficient quantity Yes
Hard Hat at top of Loft Ladder Yes
** It was not visible, but tucked behind boxes in the loft. I moved it to a visible location beside the water tank at the top of the loft ladder
First Aid Kit
In Good Repair Yes
**Some items are expired
Report Materials needing to be restocked:
**A recent Epi Pen is needed, the current one expired 3 years ago
**Cold medication would be useful as all of our crew members have had mild colds (Tylenol Sinus and Cold, Buckley’s, Robotussin as examples)
American Red Cross First Aid book stored with First Aid Kit Yes
Comments: I am doing an inventory of the medicine cabinet to see what we have here at MDRS and also what the expiry dates are. Should I upload this to WebDAV and also send a copy directly to Dr. Czarnik?
