Item 1: The lower deck Fire Extinguisher by Engineering is missing. (Several empties are in the Arctic Pile). Recommend the installation of a Extinguisher in the Loft area.

Item 2: Smoke Detectors are missing from the Lower Deck Science Area and the Upper Deck Communications Area. All other Smoke and Gas Detectors are working fine.

Item 3: Fire Escape Window access was hampered by office organizers and computer cables. We moved items and rerouted cables. See Photos. Will make a sign saying "Keep This Area Clear" and mount it below said window.

Item 4: PPEs. We have requested elsewhere more Disposable Gloves and Dust Masks.

Other: There are two emergency light fixtures that plug into AC receptacles. Both work. One is next to the refrigerator and the other is by the Autoclave on the main deck. Under an emergency this is not enough. ( I tested this and at least three more are needed. one at the bottom of the stairs, and one at each of the airlocks). Perhaps one or two more just to be safe?
