Executive Officer's Report
Stacy Sklar Reporting
Crew Physical Status: All crew members are feeling much better than they have in the past few days. Two crew members are still taking cough medicine. Grant and Angelina are currently conducting the Bi-Monthly Safety Inspection.
Time Departed/Returned from EVA: 13:30 - 18:30
Brief Narrative of Field Mission Results: The EVA team returned from Goblin Valley where they observed the power of fluvial and wind erosional processes.
Plans for Tomorrow: Cleaning and organizing of the hab by all crew members.
Report Transmission Schedule: XO Ck In, CDR, EVA Report, Engineering, HSO, and Images by 2100hrs.
Maintenance: Grant and Stacy worked on all of the EVA equipment maintenance. Replaced PTT buttons on helmets 3 and 5. Also repaired PLSS-3 and 1. PLSS-3 fuse replaced and PLSS-1 fans were returned to their correct position within the unit (someone had put them in backwards).
EVA Narrative/Data/Interpretations: The FLAME students were treated to an out of Sim EVA to Goblin Valley where they observed unusual formations cut by millions of years of erosional processes.
Inventory: Food supplies are good but starting to run low on certain items. There also seems to be NO large pitchers for tea or juice and splatter guard when frying foods.
Miscellaneous: None
Support Requested: Running low on paper towels. After replacing the PTT buttons on the helmets we are now down to one PTT button. The other helmets will soon need replacing. Still need spark plugs.
