Educators Report
Jared Szymanoski Reporting

Today we started out school early again. Maddie started her bow and arrow project which she almost finished. Ihau-Anat continued to work on her foreign language studies with her Mother today. Angie got started on the slideshow of our EVA today and was able to get a lot of it finished. Gino was working very slow today and did not get much done at all. So at this point Gino and Iahu-Anat are the only ones that are not completed with their general education studies. Maddie and Angie are complete and are now working on special projects.

The kids have lost a lot of their motivation compared to when they started this rotation. I think our sleep cycle has a lot to do with it. The Mars schedule is much different from that of Earth's and it is hard to get used to. We are extending the school day but still completing the same amount of work that we would have in a shorter day. It's simply that they are just getting to burnt out. Currently I believe since we are in the process of starting projects that they will show more interest but at the moment they are just getting use to life on Mars.
