Today was our last full day on Mars. It was an early start as we all got up to see Cheryl off on her way back to Salt Lake City to meet up with the next crew and transfer the vehicle. We spent a busy day cleaning the Hab and packing away our equipment. Sweeping the floors definitely kicks up a lot of dust but it soon settled. After lunch we wrote our final report which will be submitted tomorrow. Each of the crew took charge of a section of the report and we had it written in the blink of an eye. We also filmed the last segments of our ExDelta documentary and all had a laugh when we got to making the Outtakes section. We've heard from Crew 67 that they left SLC at 4:00 pm so we're expecting them in about an hour or so. During dinner we're going to catch up on choosing our daily photos and then watch the completed documentary until Crew 67 shows up. It'll be a tight squeeze with 12 people in the Hab but we did it at the beginning of our rotation so I'm sure it won't be a problem now. So, I'm signing off on my last Commander's report for ExDelta just in time to go have some tasty Mexican Style Rice and Chicken. Mmmmm Mmmmmm Delicious!
