Crew Physical Status:
Crew morale is high. The shower cycle has started and everybody is
starting to feel at home. Even rehydrated eggs are palatible to the
crew.
Time Departed/Returned from EVA:
EVA02 - Departed 16:30 Returned 18:00
Brief Narrative of Field Mission Results:
First Pedestrian EVA in Sim-Suits for the training crew. The crew
ascended to Radio Ridge approaching from North of the Station and
proceeded South along the Ridge, descending South of the Station and
returning via the Engineering area.
EVA Data/Interpretations:
Suit fit and equipment issues were identified and proper field
techniques demonstrated.
Hab Maintenance:
Main diesel tank is empty and the Primary Generator (Wendy) remains
offline. Power is being provided by the First Back-Up Generator, and
the station continues to be in reduced power mode with all
non-essential systems shed. The First Back-Up Generator is being
refueled to extend operations and we will implement a 6 on/2 off
cycle.

Plans for Tomorrow:
Subject to local meteorological conditions:
EVA03 - Allaway, de Carufel, Marion, Phobos Peak area, conducting soil
sampling and scouting for Positioning Requirements on Mars study.
Inventory:
Sufficient freeze dried food is on-station for our rotation.
Portable water tank level high and External Potable Water Storage Tank
being used without replenishment to facilitate Potable Water Ball Valve
replacement.
Support Requested:
As previously reported, the Diesel Tank is empty, request priority
replenishment.
Miscellaneous:
Extra Potable H2O was processed through the system to dilute the Grey
H2O entering the GreenHAB in an attempt to re-establish the balance and
encourage recuperation of the Grey H2O plants.
