Smart Small Logistics Container

Operations Data Collected:
Trials of SSLC update capability made through local network. Made five
trials with 20 items, 3 antenna, and one squiggle tag per item.
Completed five further trials with same item and tag set but only two
antennas. Results collected in Excel file. More tags made for future
trials.


Technical/Equipment Issues:
Still unable to connect to remote server. Local network somewhat
unreliable; crashes at irregular intervals for unknown reasons.

Initial results less promising than expected. Some tags disappear from
one read to the next without having been moved. Other tags appear
multiple times.


Discussion:
Further trials to be conducted with smaller numbers of items. Intend
to examine affects of different numbers of antennas, different methods
and types of tagging, and different arrangements of items.
