F.L.A.M.E. Educator Report

Today was our third day at the HAB and our first day doing a full suited
EVA. Class today again was focused around math. One of our students
was struggling with surface area, but after about an hour the crew
member understood it. One student also had a little trouble staying on
task, but nothing major. After class today we had P.E. time. We took
turns on the tread mill and learned very quickly that it isn’t easy to
run on Mars. We also had our EVA today and collected samples for after
class tomorrow. We will be learning how to clean and identify the
rocks we collected. The students are doing great and are still ahead
of schedule.
