Commander's Check-In Report
Crew Physical Status:
The Crew is doing fantastic! They are in very high spirits but are a
little tired due to the long martian days.
Time Departed/Returned from EVA:
EVA 09: 13:52 hrs Departed, 16:13 hrs Returned
Brief Narrative of Field Mission Results:
Our Executive Officer, Executive Officer in Training, Chief HSO, Chief
Engineer and Security Officer went up to Hab Rdge in order to observe
and record sink holes as well as to conduct photogeology of Stacy
Sklar's research site. Some samples were collected as well.
EVA Data/Interpretations:
Currently our Executive Officer and Executive Officer in Training are
taking the measurements of the samples found this past week.
Hab Maintenance:
Basic housekeeping was conducted today. The plants in the GreenHab
were watered today as well.

Plans for Tomorrow:
Part of the F.L.A.M.E Crew plans to go back up to Hab Ridge with our
Executive Officer and the remainder of the Crew will be gong with the
CDR around the vicinity of the Mars Desert Research Station to take
soil samples for the MDRS Remote Science Team as well as to document
more regions that may contain concretion-bearing formations.
Inventory:
We have plenty of supplies but have noticed that our favorite
food/snack items are either lower in quantity or non-existent. Note to
self: Pack more Green Tea, cereal and trail bars on the next mission.
Support Requested:
We are currently requesting the arrival day and time of Crew 69 this
week so we can plan our activities accordingly.
Miscellaneous:
We would like to know that our Astronomy Tests were received and graded
so we can use the Musk Observatory?
