Commander's Report
Emily Colvin Reporting

Well, a new Georgia Tech crew has begun. It's always good to be back at
the Hab, and I'd forgotten how much fun it is to watch first reactions
to the Hab. We're starting to get settled in after complete and utter
chaos in the days leading up to this rotation. We've had stolen
laptops, tornadoes causing severe damage at home (although none of us
had damage to our homes, it seemed to be mostly the Georgia Dome,
Phillips Arena, Centennial Olympic Park, and the Suntrust Building,
rather than campus or anything), and some spectacular snow on the way
down. But we made it safely, and with only a few moments of excitement.
I think the jack rabbit survived, though, so it's all good. :)

Tomorrow is going to be spent figuring out where we go from here. The
weather's kind of throwing me for a loop, since we've never had snow
like this during our rotation before. But the GT crews have
historically been very flexible, so we're going to work around the
weather and see what we can do. We may end up going into sim a bit
later than I'd hoped, but it won't be the first the first time we've
gotten thrown off by weather. At least there are no balloons to chase
this year.
