Healty & Safety Officer's Report
Sean Blackman Reporting

Health and Safety Officer Report

While on a hike South of the HAB to get acquainted with the area, one crew
member strained a groin muscle while descending from a hill. The HSO gave
the crew member a cold pack and 500 mg Tylenol when we got back. We have an
icy-hot pad on standby for later in the night to ensure the muscle stays
loose. The injury is thought to be minor and should be healed within the
week with proper treatment and continued ice/Advil. Additionally, a crew
member received Neosporin and Band-aids to put on a minor cut located on the
hand. The crew member received the cut on that same hike. Besides these two
minor injuries, everyone else is both healthy and safe.

Very Respectfully,

Sean Blackman
Crew 69 HSO
