Scientist report - astronomy

Radio telescope

Some nice solar flares today. Violette, Jan and I are setting up a solar flare emergency protocol (non-stop sky survey with an alarm when the emission go over a certain level, etc.). More details in next reports and in the HSO report.

We also had a beautiful S-burst followed by a L-burst, while Jupiter was in Io-A position.

I wrote an operation manual for the radio telescope. I send it tonight to the Astronomy Team.

Visual telescope

No clouds tonight. I hope the wind will calm down.
