Commander's Report

April 17, 2008

Henrik Hargitai

A normal day on Mars.

Two EVAs: the first was a combined filming/bioscience EVA; the second was looking for subsurface life forms.

Today one of us wrote an email to all others, full of positive things to personally cheer up all tired crewmembers. It was a very good idea.

Our local Mission Support in Hungary has started its activity: they downloaded our meteorological station data via the internet and analyzed it in the Mission Support wikimedia based webpage thus helping us to view data collected.

Here you can also compare the test erection of the meteorology station and the "real" Martian one.

We have started getting to know the Observatory and have fixed its web camera.

It was a relaxing day on Mars.
