Science Report: Geology

During the 8th EVA (near to Candor Chasma) we found nice cryptobiotic crust samples with green cyanobacteria in them. The best examples are the old, and dark "burned" coloured rocks, where crust not only on the sunlit surface, but on less exposed surfaces are present too.
