EVA #19 Report

April 23, 2008

Henrik Hargitai

Time:
1400-1740

Crew Members:
Muhi A, Hargitai H., Hirsch T.

Site Location:
Widow's Peak, Toothy Ridge

Transit Mode:
ATV

Objectives:
- to construct a mythological frame to the geological forms of the
selected areas and document it as scenes for our movie.

- change detection at Toothy Ridge

Lessons Learned:
- The EVA was planned to end around 16h, but it lasted 1:40h later. The
rest of the crew was very nervous and started calling us via radio from
16.30. It turned out that we have no protocol for such events, so we
have to write a schedule what to do if the EVA crew does not arrive in
time: after 5., 10, 20 etc. minutes.
